It was an 8-hour long procedure. It started with a brief presentation of the company and emphasis was placed on the benefits and the heavy travelling requirements of the role. Next, we had to complete a typical numerical test, followed by a statistical to assess our knowledge of classification algorithms, clustering and time series forecasting. Next, we had to complete a multiple choice test on SQL which was quite advanced. The last test involved a case study related to database management and testing. During the final part of the assessment process, each candidate had an interview with 2 senior consultants. One of them had an aggressive interviewing style. The other person had a neutral interviewing style and was mostly focused on assessing my technical skills. Pros: - Even if you do not do well, you can benefit from this experience to identify areas (skills or personality traits) you need to improve to get a job offer. - Dealing with an aggressive interviewer is challenging but you can treat it as an opportunity to build resilience.
