For ATS, it is an online form, telephone interview, and then a 2-part interview at the office. The online form is pretty standard, with just a few additional competency questions which ask you about your interest and understanding of Accenture, ATS, and technology. The telephone interview is again very much competency-based, with a few technical questions such as the SDLC and Waterfall VS. Agile approach. Nothing too complicated if you have a basic software project management background. The office interview is split into technical (skills) and HR. The HR is quite forward, basically a repeat of the telephone interview, but slightly longer and rigorous. The technical interview is actually dependent on you. If you mention certain technologies, qualifications, or programming languages, then prepared to be grilled on these in detail. It would be a good idea to review the basic processes and functions of the programming languages especially. Knowledge about concepts like OOP and software project management will also come in handy.
On campus drive where students were selected at random. So it was based on luck totally. 3 rounds one aptitude one hr one technical. Difficulty was medium so basically it was overally a good experience. Nothing so hard to prepare if you are already have decent grade and an average student it would be over par.
The interview experience was very smooth and positive. The interviewer was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the conversation. The coding questions were interesting and enjoyable to solve, and the overall process was well-structured. It was a great interview experience, and I really appreciate the opportunity.
