I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture in Sep 2019
Interview
*Campus recruiting*
First Round was a 60 minute behavioral. A few standard questions combined with some more interesting questions like "what would be your super power" or "what would you put on the back page of your resume." Second round was a 45 minute confirming interview (think more casual behavioral but with a managing direction) and a 45 minute case study (tip: turn the page, read the whole thing through before taking notes -- you normally only need the second half)
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about yourself
What would be your super power and why?
What would you put on a second page of a resume?
First, a screening phone call, then a group case interview, then a two-part interview including a showcase & scenarios part and a skills and situational one. The showcase involved preparing an idea using modern technology to fix a problem.

I applied online. I interviewed at Accenture in Feb 2023
Interview
There is an online screening along with a test, after that it will be a group discussion, and then 2 individual online interviews (both include case studies for you to provide solutions to).

Question 1
The time when you faced a challenge and how you overcame it.
30 minute phone interview 2 back to back 45 min interviews: the first interview is a technology showcase that they give you a few days to prepare/Scenario-based questions. The second is a strength based interview process. This was honestly the best interview process I have ever gone though with a firm and it felt very casual and less stressed. I was able to showcase who I am without feeling judged for it. Definitely enjoyed the process.
