Interview
It started initially with a telephonic interview and then after a week it was Skype interview followed by another round if in person interview where the in person interview was very technical and detailed and finally an HR interview.

The interview process was smooth and well-organized. It started with an initial screening call, followed by a technical interview where my skills in testing and automation were discussed. Then there was a managerial round focusing on my experience and problem-solving approach. Overall, the process was clear, and the interviewers were professional and supportive.

Better to improve the quality of the interview ..and ask questions related to professionals and same way for freshers and students.. treating professionals like college passed outs is un acceptable and there should be some checks on interviewer as well
