Interview
On campus, its easy.. One round of technical, one round of HR. That too not at all difficult. Basics of CS would help. Brush up basics of programming as well to boost your confidence. If you perform well in Technical, you might not even have an HR round. You will have to follow up with different levels of trainings afterwards.

How do you compare Accenture interview style with that of CTS. Never expected they would ask me to compare their interview with its competitors
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.

Tell me about your college projects and what is your and other team members role in the project
After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
