2 technical 1 hr rounds.. hr agreed to my expected ctc initially.. post all interview process told that their budget is less than my current ctc.. got an email stating if I want to reconsider my compensation they wilk consider for offer.. I replied that my expectation is slightly negotiable but was ghosted later.

I had a very bad experience with the interview, they keep rescheduling the rounds just 2-4 min before actual time. rejected profile without even technical round eventoh all skills required where matching and initial screening was selected. i have given the same feedback to HR over email. i would say where unprofessional practices. Really needs to improve you hiring process and people skills
