Question 1
Why do you want to work for Accruent?
QA expirence?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Accruent (Austin, TX)
Interview
Initially there was a phone screening interview in which several programming theory questions were asked, such as describe Object Oriented programming. Then (or maybe before the phone interview), there was a quasi-IQ test that took about 2 hours to complete. My only advice is to not do this in the middle of the night. While I still passed, I think I would have done much better if I was fully awake. Last, was the in-person interview, in which you take part of the test again, to make sure you didn't have someone else take it for you before. If you make it this far, it's pretty hard to screw it up. Just be prepared with the typical interview questions and also be prepared to do a programming exercise or two on the white board. They're looking for potential rather than cold hard experience, so try to focus on why you have potential.

Question 1
Write a program (on the whiteboard) that does ______. (I can't give everything away, now can I?)
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Accruent (Austin, TX)
Interview
Accruent was quick to respond and get the interview process going. My recruiter was able to give me quick answers any time that I had questions. The interviewers were able to thoroughly answer every question that I had regarding the position and the company itself.
Phone interview with recruiting, then an online exam, then a proctored exam(pretty much the same exam as the first time), and finally, interviews with people in the department you are getting hired in
