After sending in a resume and cover letter, I got an email asking me to take a personality and critical thinking test. Both were fairly standard. Afterwards, depending on the results of the test, you get a phone interview with a member of their HR staff. They will ask general questions about your coursework and work experience and then set you up to take the critical thinking test again with a proctor.
After, you may get asked to interview with department staff. The questions they will ask are similar to the phone interview questions but more in-depth. They will likely ask about programming concepts, behavioral questions (teamwork, hypotheticals) and your college experience. It was a good and challenging interview. I messed up a few questions but I still got an offer.
