It was easy. One interview and then they asked me to do a drug test. I knew by the end of the interview if I was hired or not. I started as part time and then had to work my way up to full time

Interview
After submitting an online application, I got called in for an in-person interview with the store manager and one assistant manager. Pretty routine Q&A for a retail position: what kind of experience do you have with hardware, why did you choose to apply to this job, describe yourself, etc. Nothing unexpected or difficult to answer. Interview mostly seemed to be a formality.
