Interview
I had a phone interview that lasted about 30 minutes, asked a few questions and the recruiter was very pleasant. I was immediately sent another application to fill out and another person emailed me to set up another time to go through a second interview for the position.

Interview
There were several rounds of the interview process. First was phone interview with recruiter, followed by an offer to tour the building and observe a class. Once I was past this, I had to then go in for a half day interview that included a classroom observation, teaching a mini lesson, debriefing the lesson with interview committee, and a final interview that felt more like a normal interview.

First their was an informal 30 minute phone call with a recruiter. Then, a formal interview was set up. It lasted about an hour and you were expected to teach a lesson and answer a few questions.

Interview
There were three people on the call, the recruiter, principle, and another special education teacher. They rotated who asked the questions. Then they practice using Taxonomy. It is a way of using firm instruction.
