I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Achievement First (New York, NY)
Interview
The interview process was very tedious but moderate. It was long, but it wasn't too hard. The level of challenge was fair. It is what you would expect with a leadership position interview.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Achievement First (New York, NY) in Feb 2019
Interview
The interview was 5 hours long with a demo lesson of 15 minutes and several modules that involve role-playing. Interviewers are assessing one's skills but also mindsets (excellence, growth-mindset, high expectations)
I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Achievement First (New York, NY) in Feb 2015
Interview
Interview process was inconsistent and led to me feelings of disappointment that have now changed into thankfulness because I did not get an offer. While the interview was positive and organized throughout the first phases of the process, the finalist interview day stood out in stark contrast. Not only was the day itself organized, it was also cold and unwelcoming; hiring mangers were rude to me and other candidates (e.g. made other candidates cry during the process - I was in the awkward position of building people I was interviewing against up during the down time between phases of the process).

Question 1
I was asked to revise a lesson I prepped for my demo lesson for increased rigor.
