Long process. I never got to interact with some of the interviewers when I got hired.
They ask you decent questions, and some gives you a chance to correct your answer (which I thought was strange).
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Achievement First (New York, NY)
Interview
1) phone screen
2) skype interview
3) 5 in-person interviews (all in one day)
The whole process was very quick. Quick response after submitting application and then the whole process moved forward very quickly. AF really goes after talented people that they think would be a good match. Very transparent throughout the whole process.
