Acosta Associate Business Manager interview questions

In person interview for about 30 mins, met with the senior business manager. Fairly straight forward. She asked me at the end what my favorite movie was and why. Thought it was a strange question so be prepared for anything depending on the personality of the person conducting the interview

I put in an application and was called about a month later. I missed the call (because I was at work) but checked my voicemail and called back in less than an hour. No answer so I left a voice mail, Basically she never called me back and it took a few days of me calling her back before she finally answered. She advised me they wanted to interview me and took down my info and told me the Hiring manager would be calling me at the scheduled time. The day of the interview nobody called! NO email stating it would be rescheduled etc. I called the recruiter back with no answer. I tracked down the hiring managers number and left a message but I still havent heard anything, I was super disappointed.
