ActionLink Merchandiser interview questions

First was a phone screening with a recruiter followed by a phone interview with the manager a few days later. It was a pretty straightforward interview with the usual questions about merchandising.

I sent my application and resume in. I had a phone interview scheduled. Phone interview was great and pleasant. I was told that I would hear back later after the hiring manager discussed with others that were involved with the process. Later that day I got a call back with an employment offer.
