Addepar Account Manager interview questions

There is at least four interviews with the "final" one being a 15 minute presentation. They may add further interviews to try and decide. Dragged out interview process. Did not like the unlimited PTO model with expectations that you work while you are OOO. No work life balance consideration.

Was disappoint in the team after completing a full interview process with them. There will be up to 7 calls with various managers, peers, and recruiters. As a final step you give a 10 minute presentation on trends in the wealth management industry. At the end of this process they sent me a form email rejecting me. Candidates deserve more if they are going to invest this much time, I lost a lot of respect for Addepar after going through their process.
