The interview process consists of 5 rounds:
First round with a Talent Acquisition Specialist (15-30 minutes)
Second round with a Sr.Product Designer (1 hour)
Third round is a portfolio review with 5 interviewers (1.5 hours)
Fourth round focuses on Collaboration & Execution with 2 interviewers (1 hour)
Fifth round is a Design Deep Dive with a Senior Designer (1 hour)
Overall Experience:
The initial round went really well, but during the portfolio review, I felt the interviewers were not well-prepared with questions and seemed disinterested at times.
Pros:
The interview process is well-structured.
They provide a detailed candidate prompt, agenda, and meeting schedule, which is extremely helpful for preparation.
Cons:
Candidates deserve a thorough explanation for rejection after investing 5-6 hours in interviews. However, instead of offering proper feedback, they send a generic rejection email, which feels unprofessional.
