You apply online, and a recruiter will write you shortly. They really look for competitive programmig folks, so (if you have experience) make sure to put that on your resume.
They interview would be scheduled in a week, (as for fall 2014). Maybe it's because they're still a startup and don't really have a large number of applicants.
I had to reschedule due to technical problems and the recruiter was friendly and rescheduled my interview.
They said it'll be an interactive coding problem but it turned out to be just an initial question (no coding involved) to see what kind of thinker you are. The interview took 23 minutes (the interviewer told me it's a 30 minute interview so that's not because of my incompetence). Of course, I failed miserably in communicating with the interviewer and walking through the solution making a couple of terrible mistakes.
