An amazing time with Addison Group, unfortunately I did not get the position, but I will continue to apply to positions that fit my qualifications. The process was very smooth, I talked with an internal recruiter that screened me and then helped me prepare for an interview with two of the managers at the Chicago office. In the in person interview, I was able to shadow two recruiters in different niches.

Get an initial screening call and then you have to block off a whole day where you will have to shadow, answer behavioral questions, and then attend a final wrap up discussion (all done virtually)

The interview process for this job was great. It was three zoom interviews that were each very relaxed. One was 10 minutes, the second was 15 minutes, and the final interview was about 30 minutes along with a 30-minute shadow of a current recruiter.
