The recruiter was not knowledgeable about IT/Network systems. When asking about my experience, it was clear that they didn't understand the technical side of the role they were attempting to fill. As I was explaining my direct experience to the requirements for the role, their responses implied that they were only looking at a checklist for certain words. It would be helpful if the humans reviewing applicants were more technical. Otherwise, it is no difference to have my resume filtered in or out by AI.
