Addison Group Senior Recruiter interview questions

Had a phone interview and a good conversation. I was asked some behavioral and situational questions, then told I seemed like a strong candidate and would hear back within two days. I emailed a week later to check in, and was completely ghosted. I don't think I would have wanted to work there if my interview process was so mysterious.
