My first interview with Adecco was a short (10-min) intake call. They asked for very specific documents before, and for my CV to be in a determined format. After that, they said they'd share my CV with their client. I was then called for a second interview with the client - which was an oral questionnaire of sorts. They had pre-made questions and just shot at me, but they were easy to answer. However, I never heard of them or Adecco again.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Adecco (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2025
Interview
Recruiter interview was quick and rushed. There was not time to give good information. There was no formal process and I needed to be available when they called with no pre-set schedule.
They were very nice and welcoming, I liked the environment and the interview process! Would love to work there. Questions about excel, generic knowledge, nothing too extreme. Everyone seemed very professional
