Was reached out to by a recruiter from Adecco for a job position. Had the screening and moved onto the next part. Was interviewed by the next person and it went great and moved into the next part. This was an in person job and each interview had to schedule time outside of work to take. The next round, I received a time and took off work for this particular time and then they changed it. I then had to go to my employer at the time and change my schedule again. Terrible and inconvenient. The next part was a panel interview over Zoom. I was also scheduled a different recruiter and no word as to why… just strange. The interview went ok. The recruiter reached out and asked how it went. After that I heard nothing! No rejection email, just nothing. Completely ghosted and I took time out of my schedule twice for this. And they changed one of the times on me inconveniencing me as well. At least have the decency to follow up. Terrible and these companies wonder why people are just leaving and getting a clue. Terrible.
