I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Adecco (Emeryville, CA) in Mar 2011
Interview
I was referred to the potential employer, where they held all-day lengthy interviews with a succession of scientists and administrative staff on site. No time for breaks or lunch during interviews was offered to me. This increased the intensity of the interview process. Since there was no one on-site managing the interview process, no one realized the length of the interviews. If I had it to do over, I would have pointed this out and asked for breaks. I had no idea it would go on so long for a temporary administrative position.

Question 1
Question was asked about my experience working in research laboratories.
Initial screening call with recruitment for a high level overview of role and responsibilities.
This was then followed by an in person group interview on site.
The follow up was a few weeks later via email with interview feedback.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Adecco (Buenos Aires) in Mar 2025
Interview
Me llamaron por una segunda entrevista y no me contactaron más, mandé un mail para que me dieran feedback y tampoco me lo respondieron. Esto desmotiva la búsqueda de empleo para cualquier trabajador
