Panel interview on zoom, then they phone call you after about 1 week. Then there was another one on one interview. They sent me a congratulations email after the interview was finished.

Disorganized process. I was sent an offer in mid 2020 and then waited 3 weeks for any communication, once I reached out, I was told to "hang tight" for another 3 week til I reached out again At the end, I was sent incorrect onboarding papers and was again left for weeks with no response or information. Decided this was not the right fit for me.
