There were 2 steps: technical and soft skills interviews. In the technical interview I received had some specific questions and in both interview the soft skill part and the way of doing things was really important.
Overall, I enjoyed the interviews.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Adobe (Lehi, UT) in Apr 2017
Interview
First interview was with a Talent Scout (Adobe Staff Recruiter) then handed to another Talent Scout that was managing the job listing and working with the hiring manager. Setup onsite interviews that were blend of panel and one on one. Onsite interviews divided into groups of people: first set of interviewers questioning were somewhat remedial in nature, questions by other employees that were "guess whats in my head". Second meeting was about how would you handle this situation. Third and final was an expert and a conversation style, much more effective in getting a feel for what the job would be like, and how I would fit. All in all, not a painful process, other than the wait to find out I was not selected was just over two weeks.
