Very unprofessional. Firstly I was rejected having applied on LikedIn and then two days later was accepted. Later I undertook an online self- recorded interview which was a bad experience.
Consists of 3 parts, depending on the intern role. 1. Phone Screen interview where they ask you preliminary, behavioral questions. Just getting to know you as a student/worker. 2. Case Analysis you review and work on your own. This varies on different roles, but basically look for how you think as a worker. 3. Case Analysis interview. This is where you present your case analysis and how you work through the presented problem.
