First round interview is general behavioral questions and background. In the second round you record a 5 minute video in which you showcase how you incorporate one of adobe's values.

Apply for the position, they contact you, and then set up an interview with you. After this there are two or three separate interviews, then later on they contact you if they have an offer for you.
