Over the phone for first interview then zoom interview. Plenty of text messages, open communication. Every intentive to any questions you have. Was an easy experience for me for being so nervous. But went better than I expected.

Received a phone call to set up a zoom interview did a zoom interview with the district operations manager who was super nice super understating when we had a technical glitch but very easy interview process. I received a phone call the next day Letting me know that I was hired and that my offer letter will be sent to me. It was a very fast very easy process and they kept in contact with me whenever they were sending something and everybody is super friendly.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Advance America (Providence, RI) in Nov 2023
