Contacted company at which I would be loaned out directly. Interviewed there. When I accepted, I was referred to Advantage. I completed information online, and took their personality test. I went to the Advantage offices the following week, and completed my paperwork. I took the personality test at least two more times, maybe three, because I apparently did not have enough absolute answers (i.e. answering only with strongly agree or strongly disagree). Took drug test, and met with my rep. I signed forms, and she told me never to drive for the business I was being sent to. She told me if I am ever running late, to call her and she would call them.
