Advantage Resourcing interview questions

My first step in this process was a bait and switch. They put a more desirable position on the advertisement and then told me, "It's been filled internally but, there is a lower level job that you are qualified for." This is a staffing agency but, they never explain how that system works. The woman I encountered was difficult to reach by phone and took several days to respond to email. I've seen the "bait" job that was "filled internally" advertised on a regular basis since my interview. I would stay clear of this company.
