Quick phone screening and then a short interview with a test. It was all very simple and everybody was very nice. Overall it was an enjoyable experience, and I would recommend if looking to get a job quickly.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Advantage Solutions (Grand Rapids, MI) in May 2014
Interview
It was pretty standard and was a one time interview. No second interview. The manager was polite and easy to talk to. It was not a rigid interview. There were even some light hearted questions thrown in such as "what's your favorite tv show/book?"

Interview
Interviewed October 2019
Recruiter called me the next day after applying. My interview was scheduled for 2 days later with the Manager-BPO and Supervisor-BPO. It was in the Manager's office. They asked me questions for 20 minutes. Then, they gave me a 30-minute timed test containing math questions about calculating the number of grocery items in a box and case. They provided a calculator. They offered me the job 5 days later.
The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Advantage Solutions (Gaines, MI)
Interview
I applied online and was contacted the next day by their recruiter, he set up an interview for the following week. The interview was light hearted and felt very comfortable. The manager went over the job and the pay and asked a few behavioral questions then he sent me to take a test and said I could leave after. I received a call from the recruiter asking if I wanted the job and if so I would start the following week, I said yes and he asked about pay; I told him I was fine with the pay that was discussed at the interview but preferably on the higher end of that range. He said he would talk to the manager and get back to me. He never "got back to me" so I followed up and the recruiter called back asking me to interview for a different position. I did and never heard back from them.
