Replied to an email from an Advantage recruiter. She asked me a few questions regarding my work experience. She described the position and asked me if i felt confident that I could perform what was described. She offered me the position at the end of the call. It was simple, easy, and quick.

quick. got call back next day. never met hiring mgr. in person. all on phone calls then lots of email for hiring process. 20 emails but got hired. then you get stuff from home office to send back. you have to go to a fed ex office to return paper work. after you send back stuff you get more emails that paperwork is good.

The interview process for the retail reset merchandiser position was short and straight to the point.
