Interview
I skyped with a hiring manager. it was all very professional but informal, very comfortable. i was contacted for a total of 3 times i believe. first was by phone and we spoke about hours of availability and territory. I was then set up with skype information and in a day or two the skype interview happened and it went well. I got to answer questions asked of me over the internet which was a first for me. I think it was a very appropriate way of handling an interview with the company being based in California. so i described some products, and described how i'd gain the interest of and redirect the interest of the consumer. and my answers were well received.
I was offered a part time position which is what i was looking for and told what the pay was. and given a few more instrucitons as to what else i'd have to do to continue through the hiring process.

Interview
Extremely easy interview process. I was told I'd get an offer 5 minutes in. The rest of it she went over the onboarding process and day to day job duties.

Interview
Fairly simple process. The manager at the time was very candid about the role and open to all my questions. It was for a part time in store position and training would be provided.
