The first interview was a phone interview with a recruiter. Asked standard interview questions, such as why are you interested in this position, Second Teams interview with the Hiring Manager. This interview went more in-depth into my specific experience related to the role and also asked which of my strengths was most important that I brought to the role.

I spoke with a recruiter who talked alot. Turns out the hiring manager wasn't very interested in me after spending lots of time interviewing and I felt it was a waste of time.
