Advantage Solutions interview questions

There was a one-on-one interview. Most of the time was spent going over the company's massive amount of paperwork. There was a period of time that was required for a backgorund check. It was overkill for the type of position and the wage paid.

A manager from Buffalo called me and said she liked my resume from NARMS, site. We met last week and reviewed resume. I have 10 years experience as a merchandiser for all typres of products sold in Home Depots. They only offered between $9.00and $13.00 per hour. I said my requirements were 3.00 hire and was told they do not pay that much.. I said my experince and work ethic for thet last 30 years should be considered.. No counter off as of today 5/9/11
