Interview process starts with a 30-45 minute phone screening with the HR department. You will learn more about the company and the position and answer some general interview questions about your interests and professional background as it relates to the position as well as you openess to relocate.
If selected to move forward with the process you will be scheduled for either an in person interview or a skype interview depending on your location. You will be given a prompt and guidelines for a powerpoint presentation that you will give at the time of your interview. You will be given a week to prepare for your presentation. After the presentation and Q&A you continue with your normal interview where you will be asked various situational/behavioral questions.
After your skype or in person interview a hr recruiter will reach out to you within 1-3 weeks depending on where they are at in the interview process to let you know if you were selected.
If selected for a position you will go through the normal onboarding process i.e drug test ect.
