My first interview was with HR over Zoom. The second interview was in person with a Hiring Manager, followed by a panel interview including individuals I would work with if I were to get the job. After spending many hours preparing for the interviews and traveling to the office twice, I have been ghosted. It has been nearly 5 weeks since I was told I would be notified of a decision, but when I reach out asking for an update the response has been that there is no update. I asked for feedback on my interview performance, and the email has yet to be replied to.

3 rounds total, 1st round was a phone screen with HR, 2nd round was in-person interview with hiring manager, 3rd round was panel interview with multiple members of different teams. Overall process was relatively quick, and both hiring manager and HR were extremely responsive.
