It was face to face. Questions were are asked about the role of a chaplain and would I do if a certain situation developed in my visit a chaplain. I was also given information on the hospital and its capacity.

I participated in a very unusual interview. It was via HireVue an app used by Adventist Health. I was given 8 questions to answer and 5 mins to answer each question. Before the general interview started the app allowed me several practice runs before answering each other. This practice feature also allow me to relax before comfortable with the camera. This was a very different experience for me and would recommend this type introductory interview approach to any employer looking to meet a potential employee.
