I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Adventist Health
Interview
Very lengthy and slow process. Had 4 separate interviews on different days and met with 9 individuals over a 6 week period. 2 phone interviews and 2 in person panel interviews. Nothing out of the ordinary typical interview questions. For a staff level position with no leadership or management duties I felt the process was overkill. They 100% over interviewed. I met with 1 Regional Manager, 4 Directors, 2 Managers and 2 staff individuals. I went from highly interested in the beginning of the process to completely turned off due to slow and lengthy process.

A member of the AH Talent Acquisition team contacted me via my linkedin profile. I wasn't looking at the time - however, the nature of the work and role was intriguing. I listened, asked questions and we hung up after an intriguing conversation. Several months later they called again, we discussed the business a bit more and how their HR org was evolving along with the strategy. I accepted a phone interview, came in to interview in person with the hiring manager, and then had follow up interviews with leaders in the region. The process was smooth, I was well informed and the point of contact was responsive.

While I believe in god and prayer, in the work place, if this is indeed legal it should be non-denominational
