HR Screening stage. I spoke to a recruiter based in Singapore and apparently there's so many distraction from her side (background noise etc..) that she seems distracted all the time.
Beside the typical screener interviewer question, she doesn't seems to be interested in my past experience nor my interest in joining the company.
I took this as a waste of my time and HR seems unprofessional. Upon finishing the session, I decide to ditch my interest for the role permanently.
Also beware that there's 7 round of interview for any roles in the company.
This is another company trying to be Apple, Meta or Google.
