Have to go through their in-house recruiter first for a teams interview, then you’re given a written case study test before you can go through another interview with your potential colleagues in the same department.
Written test isn’t necessarily difficult, no right or wrong answer . Just have to show you put in effort. Got to the 2nd interview and they were nice people, no judgey managers.
Then they called me a week later to say I didn’t get the job.
I did get an ick regarding the Adyen formula… but let’s be real, every corporate have such icky culty “values” you have to memorise and know from heart regardless how cringey it is. If you lack the technical skills, memorise their formula and relate to them even though it’s a little fake haha. They are definitely gonna mention the formula during the interview.
