The interview process at Adyen took about a month and was really well-organized. It started with a recruiter screening, followed by two technical interviews (one included a case study), and then leadership interviews.
The whole process was clear and transparent, with fast feedback between rounds. The interviewers were professional and friendly, and they really focused on problem-solving, automation, and innovation.
It was quite difficult, so preparation is key, especially around Adyen’s way of working (Adyen Formula). That said, the recruiter was super supportive throughout.
Overall, a positive experience.
