Initial Screening no hire and no responsive feedback. Recruiter did not once communicate the whole time outside of scheduling. Tried sending multiple emails and outreach and still no response. Made the process feel really unorganic. I felt like I was just communicating with automation the whole time. A company who prides on "Pick up the phone" did the complete opposite.
