Interview
The HR was answering emails quite fast and got to the final technical interview; however, the HR didn't send me any update regarding my application, and after asking about it, I found out that I won't continue the process.
My experience was that when a candidate passes the interview, they send you the email quite fast, but if you didn't pass, you're being ghosted if you don't approach them first. I get it, but it would still be nice to inform candidates when they don't pass as well, rather than keeping them waiting.
