I got a referral from one my ex-colleagues and started with a classic initial conversation with two engineers there. Then I got the Hackerrank test which was so easy. I got a decent score and passed to the next stage which was all about my Hackerrank solutions. There comes the frustration: Again two Engineers different backend team interviewed me for 1 hour but they didn't look like they were familiar with the questions neither interviewing people. I re-read my solutions really quick and spotted my bugs/points. I as an interviewee that got tons of interviews before, believe that I answered their questions at a very decent level but when I got the rejection mail which is ok with a feedback attached to it I was really surprised that the phrases they didn't contradict/ defend and just accept, they said these are your weak points and you don't have enough skills right now. So what is the point of making grumpy, reckless and careless people as interviewer? Even the SQL question that has only one select statement they said it was not optimal but without any answer how or why. I'd recommend not taking them very serious but maybe give it a shot. They look like they don't have a standart or spirit they claimed they have.
