Ask me personal questions.Wanted to get to know me. Asked me about my interests and disinterest. Gave me options about where I would be best qualified to do work. Told me a little about himself and I also got to know him as well. Asked me what my desired would be and gave me confidence that he would exceed my expectations.

A lengthy process consisting of assessment test at hiring facility, day at work simulation, physical, drug testing, and small tour of toyota plant. It is quite a bit of things to do but if you have the time and no job you can get it all done pretty quickly.

Interview
There wasn't much of an interview, just a phone call from an Aerotek recruiter no doubt needing to fulfill a quota of applicable production personnel at the time. Both instances were the result of a phone call from a recruiter and an appointment time, followed by a battery of paperwork.
