Interview
Started off with a phone interview from internal recruiter. Was asked to come in for an interview with the District Manager. This interview was fairly basic. Was asked to come back in to spend a half day in the office to see how things work. I am fortunate for thins experience because after seeing the lack of professionalism these people have I am thankful they did not extend an offer. I was even asked for "leads" by one of the recruiters during the interview.

Are you currently reading any type of sales books?
The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
