Interview
Had a phone interview with a recruiter. She asked me questions about success, what drives me, why I would be a good fit, etc. Then I went on a face to face interview with 2 Account Managers. They asked similar questions. Then they said you would need to meet a few more managers for interviews before being considered.
The recruiter got back to me a day later and let me know where I stood. Didn't get the job but I had a good experience.
The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
