I only had a phone interview. The hiring manager called and we talked about my experience and what i can bring to the company. the call was about 30 min long were we both asked questions regarding the position

I was contacted by a recruiter for the position about 3 weeks prior to hearing anything about the position. I was then told to fill out the application on the company's website. It was about a week after that I was told I was not a prime candidate but it was a good experience overall.

The recruiter and I talked about my work experience, goals, and interests. She then contacted the company she was representing and worked on my behalf to set up an interview. She stayed in constant contact with both the company and myself and worked hard to help me get the job.
