Came in and filled out a temp paper application. Waited 20 minutes for the interviewer to see me (presumably the ops manager of that office).
He proceeded to tell me I probably don't have what it takes, then pried into my personal life, asking "What things might make you too weak for this office?" "What personal problems may distract you?" "What is your greatest weakness?" "What is your second greatest weakness?" At this point, I started tearing up from being overwhelmed.
I had already decided to not accept the job, if it was offered. I do not want to work for someone like this. He ended the interview by saying, "Yea, you're not getting the job."
No professionalism, whatsoever. Instead I got a yelling, red-in-the-face, man with anger management issues.
If you like the fast-paced, negative motivation, this may be the place for you. People are like that, and everyone has that perfect fit for them, but this is not for me.
Then, another office got ahold of my application and called me to interview for the medical industry. I think I botched that interview. I was waiting to get yelled at the whole time. But they bought me sushi.
